Rock and Roll Dream Radio Promotion Contest Rules
To enter the contest no purchase is required. Applicants must attend a live Rock and Roll Dream radio
broadcast and register in person, without charge, to be entered in the drawing. Winners must be present at the drawing to be eligible to win. Schlesinger Communications, Inc., reserves the right to award $5000.00 in cash instead of the home
remodeling, if winner is not eligible and meet the requirements for home remodel or the winner may choose the
$5000.00 in cash.
The promotion is not a lottery and is done in accordance with all local, state, and federal laws.
The winner agrees that the winner’s name, photograph, and voice recording can be used in announcing the
winner of the promotion or in promoting future or similar contests of Schlesinger Communications, Inc.
Schlesinger Communications, Inc., does not warrant any of the materials supplied by Avis Building Supply and/
or used in the remodel.
Schlesinger Communications, Inc., does not warrant the workmanship of the work performed by Walk’s
Construction.
If winner takes home makeover, the home must be in Clinton, Centre, or Lycoming Counties.
Winner must provide documentation of home ownership for the home that is to be remodeled.
Winner must be a Pennsylvania resident.
The home to be remodeled must be the primary residence of the winner.
Home remodeling is non-transferrable and must be used by the winner for his or her use only.
Home remodeling cannot be exchanged or sold for cash.
Remodeling must be completed within six months of contest end based on product and contractor availability.
All contest participants must be 21 years of age or older.
Winners cannot be owners, stockholders, employees, family or affiliates of Schlesinger Communications, Inc.,
Avis Building Supply, or Walk’s Construction.
Winner is responsible for any and all taxes on the prizes.
Schlesinger Communications, Inc., is not responsible for the products supplied by Avis Building Supply or the
services performed by Walk’s Construction.
The winner of this promotion agrees to sign a participation waiver and release in the form attached to these
rules releasing Schlesinger Communications, Inc., from any and all liability concerning the remodeling materials provided, the workmanship of the contractor installing the material and any and all other persons.
